A simple 3 step process allows the customer to make an order on their phone or at the counter, receive a notification and collect their meal when ready.


Customer places their order on your catering app of choice


The kitchen receive and prepare the order. Once the order is completed and packed, a thermal label is printed and placed on the meal bag/box.
The label shows a QR code detailing the order to include; customer name, Contents of the order and the collection area.
The delivery QR code on the label is scanned at the collection unit, a light indicates the allocated locker and the door opens to receive the order.
Every booking has a unique code to ensure the delivery is placed in the right locker – everytime.


Once delivered, the customer will receive notification their order is ready for collection.
They simply scan the QR code provided and collect their meal.
